Warranty & Maintenance Plans

Access & Mobility”  is different from other elevator and lift companies in Nashville TN because we have service technician employees who are available to help you well beyond the installation date. 

Whether it’s a simple service question, a preventative maintenance check, or a malfunctioning product, our skilled service technicians, who live in the Nashville area, are committed to providing the highest quality service. Another reason we’re different is that we offer Extended Maintenance Plans for elevators  and lifts  installed by “Access & Mobility” in Middle TN. This is a maintenance plan to cover you beyond the manufacturer’s warranty.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

“Access & Mobility” installs the highest quality elevator and lift products. In the rare instance where your Bruno, Handicare, Guldmann, or Savaria equipment malfunctions, our knowledgeable service technicians are available to assist.

Oftentimes, simple issues can be identified and resolved over the phone. If troubleshooting over the phone is unsuccessful, we will schedule an appointment with one of our experienced service technicians.

If you prefer a higher level of support, inquire about having your equipment remotely monitored with state of the art technology; additional fees apply.

Each manufacturer offers a specific parts warranty that covers their respective products from the date of installation. “Access & Mobility” supplements this parts warranty with a service warranty for one year from the date of installation.

Extended Maintenance Plans

Beyond the Manufacturer’s Warranty

“Access & Mobility” installs accessibility products, elevators and lifts, with safety mechanisms built into their product design. To ensure each product continues to operate at an optimal level after the warranty period, which is different for every product, we recommend an Extended Maintenance Plan offered by Access & Mobility in Nashville, Tennessee.

PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PLAN

Preventative maintenance plans include: one annual service visit, inspection and testing. Preventative maintenance checks might reduce the cost and frequency of repairs and which could extend the life of your accessibility equipment. We will proactively schedule a preventative maintenance check every 12 months for those customers who have purchased an “Access & Mobility” Extended Maintenance Plan.

“Access & Mobility” offers a few different maintenance contracts that range from an annual maintenance plan to a bumper-to-bumper coverage with unlimited service calls.  All Maintenance Plans include unlimited phone support for troubleshooting issues that might be resolved without a site visit.
