Manufacturer’s Limited Product Warranty
Savaria Warranty Conditions:
- “This warranty only applies to products purchased, installed, serviced and maintained by an Authorized Savaria Dealer in conformance with all applicable local and national codes. “
- “The warranty is void if regular inspection and maintenance of product is not being carried out by an Authorized Savaria Dealer in accordance with the recommendations provided in the Owner’s Manual. It is the Owner’s responsibility to keep records of all such service”.

If your product is still under warranty, only the dealer who sold the original product can service your product. If you require service and your product is no longer under warranty, contact the dealer where you purchased your product or please contact us for information about dealers who can provide service in your area.
Due to the technical nature of our products and safety concerns, Savaria provides technical support only to authorized Savaria dealers. Savaria sells parts to authorized Savaria dealers only. Access & Mobility is an authorized Savaria dealer.
